Urgent Call is an iOS app that enables trusted contacts to send emergency alerts to each other. Vision Lab ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing technologies.
Data We Collect
- Username you choose during account creation.
- Email address (if you link a Google or Apple account).
- Trusted connections you establish with other users.
- Emergency call session history (sender, recipient, timestamps, outcome).
- Push notification tokens to deliver emergency alerts.
- Device information (platform, last seen) for account management.
Local Storage
Activity history (emergency call events) is stored locally on your device only and is not synced to our servers. You can delete this data at any time from the app.
How We Use Data
- To enable emergency call functionality between trusted contacts.
- To send push notifications for incoming emergency alerts.
- To manage your account and connections.
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
Data Retention
- Account data is stored until you delete your account.
- Emergency session records are retained for service operation.
- You can delete your account and all associated data from the app settings.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below or delete your account directly in the app.
Hosting and Technical Processing
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When accessing the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser information) is processed automatically to ensure the secure and reliable delivery of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).
Vercel Inc. acts as a data processor. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States and is protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary processing by the hosting provider may take place.
