These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Urgent Call, an emergency alert app for iOS, provided by Vision Lab ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Urgent Call, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important Notice

Service Availability

Urgent Call relies on third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and Apple Push Notification Service (alerts). These services may experience downtime, outages, or degraded performance beyond Vision Lab's control. Vision Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for temporary service interruptions. Vision Lab will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly when disruptions occur.
