Fitcheck Studio is an iOS app that provides AI-powered outfit analysis and styling feedback. Vision Lab ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. We do not use tracking, analytics, or marketing technologies.

• Photos you upload for analysis are stored on Supabase to provide the service.
• Generated styling feedback is retained in your account.
• Account metadata (country) to support account features.
• Device fingerprints stored in iOS Keychain to prevent free trial abuse.
• Daily usage data to enforce subscription limits.
• Push notification tokens, if you enable notifications.
• Subscription and purchase events via RevenueCat (Apple App Store).

We do not store precise location data. If enabled, the app may use your current or selected city solely to retrieve weather context for outfit recommendations. Location data is not stored on our servers.

Your outfit photos are never used to train AI models.

• To analyze outfits and provide feedback.

4. Data Retention

• Analysis photos are stored until you delete your account or request deletion.
• You can export or delete your data at any time from the app settings.

7. Hosting and Technical Processing

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When accessing the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, browser information) is processed automatically to ensure the secure and reliable delivery of the website.

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

Vercel Inc. acts as a data processor. Data may be processed on servers located in the United States and is protected by appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR.

8. Cookies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, marketing, or tracking purposes. Only technically necessary processing by the hosting provider may take place.

9. Supervisory Authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Germany, this includes the authority of Baden-Württemberg.
