2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all purchases of Clean Exit. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

- Your refund request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

- You must provide your purchase receipt or transaction ID

- The refund request must be made through the same email address used for purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

- Email address used for purchase

- Purchase date

- Transaction ID or receipt

- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request:

- We will review your request within 2-3 business days

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase

- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

6. License Deactivation

Upon approval of your refund request, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use Clean Exit. You must uninstall the Software from all devices.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following circumstances:

- The refund request is made after 30 days from the purchase date

- The license key has been shared or distributed to others

- The Software has been used in violation of our Terms of Service

- Fraudulent or abusive refund requests

8. Trial Period

If you are still within the 3-day free trial period, you do not need to request a refund as no payment has been processed. Simply do not purchase a license if you are not satisfied with the trial.
