Getting Started

How do I get started with Fitcheck Studio?
Download the app from the App Store, open it, and you'll get 2 free outfit analyses to try. Simply take or select a photo of your outfit, choose an occasion, and tap Analyze to get your first AI-powered style feedback.
How many free analyses do I get?
Every new device gets 2 free outfit analyses. After that, you can subscribe to Stylist ($4.99/month for 10 analyses/day) or Stylist+ ($9.99/month for unlimited analyses).
What occasions can I choose from?
You can select from: Work/Office, Casual/Everyday, Date Night, Formal Event, Party/Night Out, Outdoor/Active, and Custom (where you can describe any specific occasion).

Subscription & Billing

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You'll see Fitcheck Studio listed there where you can change your plan or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your Fitcheck Studio purchase, and request a refund. For any issues, you can also contact us at support@visionlabtech.com.
What's the difference between Stylist and Stylist+?
Stylist gives you 3 outfit analyses per day with full AI feedback. Stylist+ gives you 10 outfit analyses per day with the same great features.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage auto-renewal in your iPhone Settings → Subscriptions.

Troubleshooting

The app won't analyze my photo
Make sure you have an active internet connection. If you're on the free tier, check if you've used your 2 free analyses. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, contact us at support@visionlabtech.com.
I'm not receiving push notifications
Go to your iPhone Settings → Fitcheck Studio → Notifications and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that you have 'Allow Notifications' turned on in the app's settings.
My subscription isn't showing as active
Try these steps: 1) Close and reopen the app. 2) Go to Profile → Subscription Status and tap 'Restore Purchases'. 3) Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If it still doesn't work, contact us.
The app crashes or freezes
Make sure you're running the latest version of the app from the App Store. Try restarting your iPhone. If problems continue, delete and reinstall the app (your subscription will be restored automatically).

Privacy & Data

What happens to my photos?
Your photos are uploaded securely to our servers for AI analysis. They're stored in your personal history so you can track your style journey. We never share your photos with third parties or use them to train AI models.
How do I delete my data?
In the app, go to Profile → Privacy Settings → Delete All Data. This will permanently delete your outfit history, photos, and analysis results. For complete account deletion, email us at support@visionlabtech.com.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your personal data or photos. We don't use advertising SDKs or third-party trackers. Your data is used solely to provide you with style analysis and improve our service.
